I have a distinct view about this place, unlike other areas in Dubai Al Rigga always busy with his own community. Most of those who live in this area are expatriates from Asian regions such as the Philippines, India, Indonesia, and also some of them are Arabs. Along the way Al Rigga you can get various types of restaurant and department stores and shops selling souvenirs or garment. Walking in Al Rigga no less interesting as you walk in JBR or Marina walk, the difference of these is a community where if you walk at JBR or Marina walk most of them are European and most of Asia in Al Rigga, You'll also find lots of tourists come from European Union such as Russia. Speaking about Russia, there is a Russian restaurant located on Al Rigga called Arbat.
The relaxing ambience is impeccable with modernize and charm interiors comfy sofa each carrying its own character where guest can be tempted to lounge around. Arbat is one of those restaurant that offer Russian, Japanese and Lebanese cuisine.Arbat located in Al Rigga opposite better Home building, with a varied lounge section features modern and classy.

They also provide karaoke facility to make your experience memorable, and if you like shisha you can enjoy on the second level with around twenty diffrent flavour for only 25 AED.
