pay service charge or you have to pay dearly for the facilities that you have! yeah it's a motto for the company where I work now ..., since 14 November 2011 all things changed in an instant inShoreline, if you do not have temporary access cards then you can not use existing facilities ...very annoying you have to pay dearly to get a residence in the exclusive residential area with abeach, swimming pool, and gym. and written in your agreement with the buyer in whichpromising beach, swimming pool, and gym is yours ... and suddenly all changed 360 degrees,where you also have to pay dearly for your guest room so that they can also use existing facilities. written in one of the existing announcement, as follows:
Guest weekday: 150 aed
Guest weekend: 200 aed
weekday children: 100 aed
children weekend: 150 aed
and if you already have a temporary access card you only pay the membership as follows:
Married: 2000 aed
Family: 5000 aed
Dependent: 1000 aed
and if you do not have a temporary access card you have to pay as follows:
Married: 5000 aed
Family: 12 000 aed
Dependat: 2000 aed
